Terms of Service

01. Introduction

Welcome to Tikee. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tikee platform — including the Tikee mobile app for creators, the admin.tikee.live web dashboard for brands and networks, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Tikee Labs Inc. (“Tikee”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02. Accounts

Tikee operates three distinct account types: Creator, Brand, and Network. Each account type is governed by its own additional terms in addition to this baseline document. You may only hold one account per role per legal entity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify Tikee within 24 hours of any unauthorized access.

03. Live recordings & verification

Tikee records every live broadcast initiated through the Service for the purpose of deliverable verification, dispute resolution, and platform integrity. Recordings are stored on Tikee infrastructure for the duration specified in your active plan (see Pricing).

Creators retain copyright in their on-camera performances. By using the Service, creators grant Tikee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and surface the recording to the contracting brand and Tikee staff for the limited purpose of verification.

Brands are granted a perpetual, royalty-free license to use verified live recordings in their owned marketing channels (social, email, paid media, sales decks), subject to creator rights of publicity in their home jurisdiction.

04. Payouts

Creator payouts are processed in USD via Payoneer or other approved rails, subject to a 7-day clearance window after live verification. Minimum withdrawal is $50 USD. Tikee does not deduct withdrawal fees; downstream Payoneer fees may apply.

Brand wallet top-ups are non-refundable once campaign creators have been notified. Unused wallet balances can be refunded within 90 days of deposit, minus a 3% processing fee.

05. Disputes

Tikee operates a 3-step dispute process: (1) automated re-verification against the recording, (2) human review by a Tikee Trust & Safety analyst, (3) appeal to an independent reviewer. The decision at step 3 is final.

06. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Tikee may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms with 14 days’ notice (immediate for fraud, IP theft, or abuse).

07. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tikee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

08. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
